Abstract paintings are an important genre of art. These painting do not clearly and explicitly express the theme or a concept of a painter. The meaning of these painting is rather hidden. This is for the reason that abstract art focuses on an idea indirectly rather than expressing a thought in a simple or direct manner as in the case of simple paintings.
The artist does not follow any particular scheme in the Abstract Paintings. He can express himself through a single or multiple abstract ideas. For the common person, a painting of this type may seem meaningless. However, the real abstract painting is pregnant with meaning. It is just that you can discover their theme only by going deeper into them. This is one reason why many people fail to enjoy abstract painting. It is mostly the intellectuals and the subtle souls who can cherish these sorts of paintings.
Abstract paintings are also considered as a good form of art for the new painters. Since the can use their ideas freely on canvas or paper, these sort of paintings provide them with a good way to step into the arena of paintings. They can use colors, line and shapes just as they desire and thus express their ideas in an easy way. What abstract painting should I paint?
I want to paint an abstract painting but I don't know what I would put in it. I need lots of ideas to think off from. I want the painting to have a lot to look at; something that catches the eye.
P.S I case you don't know what abstract art is, an abstract art is one without a recognisable subject, one which doesn't relate to anything external or try to "look like" something. Instead the colour and form (and often the materials and support) are the subject of the abstract painting. It's completely non-objective or non-representational.

I mean what kind of ideas do you expect? Put some black color with some pink ,ahhh dont forget some white on the top-left corner....:)
So my advice is : Be creative and than your paint will make you feel unique! If you copy someones picture that will only be a copy. What you paint from your feelings, experience in life and so on it will be a real art!
