Katrina Kaif is Sexiest Asian Woman in the World
"MIRROR, MIRROR on the wall, who is the sexiest Asian girl of them all?" This is the question that UK's magazine Eastern Eye asked in a survey. And, not surprisingly, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has topped the annual World's Top 50 Sexiest Asian Women list once again.
Bollywood beauty and established actress Katrina Kaif has been named the Sexiest Woman in the World for the third year in w row. Katrina who is riding high because of her hit item number ‘Sheila ki Jawani' from her latest impending movie ‘Tees Maar Khan' is beating off contest from her generation's leading actresses like Freida Pinto and Priyanka Chopra.
The fans frantically following her item number on social networking and micro-blogging sites like Twitter, Facebook , in addition of YouTube has place her on the top list of best heroine and it is root she topped London based newspaper Eastern eye's list of the hottest women in the world.
Katrina, who was born in Hong Kong to a Kashmiri father and British mother, spent her childhood in Hawaii before moving to England. She got her first break in the Bollywood film ‘Boom' which got average response from the audience and was noticed by filmmaker Kaizad Gutad during one of the Jewelers Campaign in London. The celebrity one of the year's biggest hits ‘Raajneeti' in which she has played politician, looking forward her Christmas release ‘Teees Maar Khan' and hoping for mega hit. She is thrilled about the hat-trick of being a Sexiest Women.
"I am very happy that I have made it to the top of Eastern Eye's list again. England is off course a very special place to me and I think it's very sweet to be voted the sexiest by them. I just want to thank everyone for the support," said the 26-year-old actress who is doing promotion of her forthcoming movie.
Sexiest Women in the World survey conducted by the Britain's only national English language weekly newspaper having largest readership in Asia is serving the whole Asian community in UK. The list was prepared on the basis of most photographed women in the world and most sought with film producers and fans.
Bollywood heroines dominated the top 10 in the list of stunning beauty pageant winners, top actresses around the world, pop stars and TV personalities. However, Katrina sexy looks in item number ‘Sheila ki Jawani' has set her on top of the list. This year again actress Priyanka Chopra narrowly missed out on the top spot by finishing second for the second year in a row.
The list includes eight Indian actresses in the top 10 and Katrina is followed by Priyanka Chopra, Freida Pinto, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. British television star Laila Rouass and Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat are the other two in top 10.
