How to frame a watercolor between two glass ?

I want to frame watercolor between two glass, to have the paper kind of floating in the frame. I seen that before, but im wondering what to use to stick the watercolor to the back glass avoiding any traces on the back of the paper, I guess blue gum is out of question as it is oily and most tape I could use, I fear would let traces on the paper over time. Anyone have any idea how to do this properly ?

Im also wondering about the spacing between the front glass and the paper, as I don't want the glass to touch the artwork. Do i simply put spacer between the two glass hidden behind the frame ? My Watercolor are mostly flat but still have some bump/wave in it, I wonder if it gonna be enough.

To frame it the way you are talking about, you would just lay the painting between the glass and sandwich it between them. The pressure will hold the painting in place. Before doing this however; I would seal the surface of the painting with clear sealant. The reason being, paintings mounted like this will get moisture between the glass because there is no air movement like you would have if the painting was matted. That moisture could make the paint run.

Another way to do this is to paint your watercolors on an alternate ground, like Yupo or canvas sheet instead of paper. Both these will take watercolor well (you would have to prime the canvas). Then you could apply the spray varnish to seal the paint.
