Jews deny that Jesus Christ was the true Messiah mentioned in the Old Testament. Christians believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God. They even profess their deep belief that he is God Himself, God the father. They proclaim their belief in God in a Trinity namely God the father, God the son and the Holy Spirit, the Archangel Gabriel.

This is due most probably to the nature of Jesus Christ and his actions. Firstly because he had not a father. He was conceived by Mary by the intervention of Archangel Gabriel, sent particularly for his mission by God. This gives in the eyes of the Christians an extraordinary phenomenon where God intervenes to create a human being. Adam and Eve, the first parents of humankind were conceived by an act of the will of God.

The Qur'an proclaims the comparative example of the two phenomena. Namely that Jesus Christ was created in the same manner, with slight difference where Christ had a human mother.

This comparative view is cited clearly in the Qur'anic text:

‘Verily! The likeness of Jesus before God is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! And he is.' Qur'an 3: 59

Islam deny all the beliefs of the Christians about Jesus Christ, being the son of God or God Himself or in a Trinity, as blasphemous and totally unfound and untrue.

These beliefs are utterly against the truth and reality. And they are considered in Islam as disbelief and are subject to punishment by eternal Hell Fire. The Qur'an informs us:

‘And they say: God has taken unto Himself a son. Be He glorified! Nay, but whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth is His. All are subservient unto Him. The originator of the heavens and the earth! When He decrees a thing, He says unto it only: Be! and it is.'Qur'an 2: 116-117

Jesus Christ was, and hence according to Islam, ordained to be what he is by an act of God's will.

answer: Jews don't reject Jesus and didn't reject Jesus, he didn't fulfill the prophecies necessary to be the Jewish messiah. No world peace, no messiah. Jesus didn't teach anything new so he wasn't considered a prophet and didn't keep Sabbath so he wasn't seen as a teacher.

Jesus
divine birth/divinity - strike (the Jewish Messiah will be human)
performing miracles - strike (JM won't perform miracles)
taking on the sins of others - strike (no one can take on the sins of others)
breaking Sabbath - strike (JM will be observant)
sacrificed/rising from the dead - strike (G-d rejects human sacrifice)
prophecies unfilled - strike (JM will accomplish them in one life time)
being worshiped - strike and out - Jews worship G-d and only G-d

Jews have the original covenant with G-d
Christians have a covenant with G-d through Jesus

Both are wonderful religions, as long as Christians don't push and stop trying to convince Jews the religion is wrong.

There are too many differences to be compatible religions.

Differences:
JUDAISM
- says that no human can ever die for the sins of others
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus died for the sins of mankind

JUDAISM
- says that all humans are born pure, and innocent
CHRISTIANITY
- some say that all humans are born with 'original sin'.

JUDAISM
- says that G-d would never allow/enable a 'virgin birth'
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Mary gave birth, though a virgin

JUDAISM
- says that no man gets a 'second coming'
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus will have a 'second coming'

JUDAISM
- says that every human should speak directly to G-d
CHRISTIANITY
- Jesus claims in the 'new testament' that the 'only way' to G-d is via him

JUDAISM
- says G-d is one, indivisible, cannot be separated into three aspects/incarnations
CHRISTIANITY
- some sects speaks of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

JUDAISM
- says that we are ALL equally G-d's children
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus was 'god's son' above all others

JUDAISM
- has no concept of 'hell'
CHRISTIANITY
- *some* Christians believe non-believers go to 'hell'

JUDAISM
- has no 'devil', the Jewish 'Satan' is just an ordinary angel, under G-d's control
CHRISTIANITY
- describes 'Satan' as a devil and 'fallen' angel

JUDAISM
- the 'messiah' will be a normal, mortal man who must fulfill all the Jewish messianic prophecies in one normal, mortal lifetime
CHRISTIANITY
- Jesus was the 'messiah' and will fulfill the prophecies when he 'returns'

JUDAISM
- says that the righteous of ALL faiths will reach 'gan eden' or 'garden of eden'.
CHRISTIANITY
- some Christians insist that only those who 'know Christ' can reach heaven

JUDAISM
- forbids Jews from trying to convert anyone to Judaism
CHRISTIANITY
- believes in actively 'witnessing' and encouraging people to convert to Christianity

JUDAISM
- no concept of original sin
CHRISTIANITY
- some sects of Christianity believe in “original sin” to justify the need for a savior. Others believe that humankind cannot keep from sinning and requires a savior to cleanse them.
