Since you're plus sized...don't cut your hair too short, long hair is always best (not too long though), shoulder length is the shortest u should go and just below shoulder length is perfect, no matter what your texture, curly or straight, this balances your plus size frame, short hair will only make u appear bigger...anyways...get it cut in layers (if u have straight, wavy or curly hair) and add highlights on your hair (highlight the hair on the sides that frame the face) at the salon...burgundy, mahagony or copper shades work well for those with naturally dark hair, u can get further reccommendations on shades to choose at the salon depending on ur current hair color...plus highlights on your hair vertically slims and lengthens the face (this will suit your round/heart shaped face)and it looks stylish!

one more tip: wear your hair parted in the middle to slim the face...however you can part your hair to the side as well, it looks great on anybody and everybody!
