i have a old oil painting small signed A213 frogonard young girl reading.?

the frame looks very old how cani tell if this i a original it looks like its signed in pencil how cani tell if this is a reproduction ithas kno date, the famr look very old. thank you im really trying to learn about art i love it. or may a print wats the differance its on cardboard.

it's a reproduction if there's a number on it; I imagine you're talking about a work by Fragonard called "A Young Girl Reading," the original of which is at the National Gallery in D.C.
