Make a view finder (which is just a rectangular window cut out in a piece of card, say, 4x6 inches) and look at different things at home using it.. You'll have to look through one open eye only to be able to focus though! Don't look at things in an ordinary way when using your view finder, attempt to get unusual views to draw . sketch . paint by cropping things.. Anything is good! For example, pile up some washing and see how many close-ups you can get out of that, just from looking at where different fabrics meet each other and interesting creases are! Then work directly using your view finder, or make sketches, and use those to paint from! Enjoy!
