Culinary arts: Primitive times?

I'm doing a senior project on culinary arts and I thought maybe saying how culinary first started, like since the primitive time of man. And i'm just having a assumption that they started out eating Raw meat and fruits probably. But I also wanted to mention like how they also started fire to cook. I just need any type of self opinion on how they discover fire besides just grinding two rocks to start a fire. Maybe something like a funny coincidence were fire just happened from a natural cause and decided to put something in it or one decided to jump in and the other thought that he started to smell good to eat by getting cooked.

Maybe some psychological explanation on any idea of how this innate them?
