Well, the oil will help to keep the skin healthy, but won't automatically "thicken" them up. However, to use the jojoba oil, just pour a little on your fingers and massage it around the ear lobe.
The only way that you're going to thicken them is to allow the lobes to relax some. Try sleeping without the plugs in and then let them shrink down for a bit and then try re-stretching. It's not a race. I've been stretching my ears for about 8 years now and have 1 3/8 inch very healthy and thick lobes. In fact, they are so thick they are often thicker than the jewelry I can find.
